Our earlier announced project at a large insurance company for the conversion of damage policies is fully underway. This project involves the conversion of 22 product groups from 2 source systems to 1 target system with a fixed lead time. The ambitious planning requires a highly efficient process, clear understanding and open collaboration to solve issues immediately. During the mapping we were delivering output to be reviewed. In a few iterations we efficiently have come to the right execution of the conversion. The first products have been accepted by the business and we are proud that this large and complex project is on track for a timely delivery.
