Metaverses was challenged to perform the conversion of the original ITSM data into a new system. Within the agreed terms, Metaverses was able to convert the historic data from the legacy system to ServiceNow, the standard for contemporary ITSM. In this conversion project, data, including attachments, from historical incidents, changes and problems is converted to ServiceNow’s Transform Maps ready to be imported into the new architecture.
By executing this conversion Metaverses has broadened its conversion expertise into the field of ServiceNow Transformation Maps. With the conversion we proved to dramatically reduce lead time in conversions to ServiceNow and to incorporate documents with accordingly metadata in our conversions.
