Metaverses is proud to be selected to perform the thorough CRM data quality analysis for a major virtual bank. The analysed portfolio consists of two separate systems with records, including attachment files, of over 500.000 clients spread over four geographical regions. Our extensive data profiling is the first step towards a modernized CRM solution for our client. The results of the analysis are to be delivered by the end of this year.
Metaverses will use its full range of data profiling and data quality tools to provide the most accurate representation of the data quality in both systems. Furthermore, Metaverses will help the client to prepare, prioritize and schedule the required cleansing and enrichment activities. Naturally, Metaverses will also work on automated cleansing solutions to ease the data quality improvements for our client.
The final goal of this project is to migrate the CRM data to a new system, which is scheduled for the first quarter of 2018. Metaverses will therefore provide a proposal for the execution of the data conversion. This proposal includes an optimal conversion strategy and detailed planning to ensure we meet next to the data quality analysis report during this initial project.
